1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Mister Holidays Tourism LLC, the owner and operator of MisterHolidays.com (“Mister Holidays”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using our website, platform, applications, or services (collectively, the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
MisterHolidays.com is an online travel platform providing access to travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Hotel bookings
- Flight bookings
- Airport transfers
- Car rentals
- Train tickets
- Local and international tour packages
- Attraction tickets
- Other travel-related services
Mister Holidays operates as a travel facilitator and platform connecting customers with third-party travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other service providers (“Travel Providers”).
Mister Holidays does not own, operate, control, or guarantee the services provided by Travel Providers. All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and availability of the respective Travel Provider.
By booking through our platform, you acknowledge that your contract for the actual travel service may be directly with the relevant Travel Provider, and their cancellation policies, restrictions, and terms may apply.
Your use of any Travel Provider services accessed through MisterHolidays.com is at your own risk. Mister Holidays shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, cancellation, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by Travel Providers.
2. Website Information and Pricing
MisterHolidays.com displays information, availability, and prices provided by Travel Providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information, including prices, descriptions, availability, or promotions, is always accurate, complete, or current.
Travel prices may change at any time due to availability, supplier updates, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:
- Airport fees
- Taxes
- Service charges
- Payment processing fees
- Baggage fees
- Local government charges
Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details, prices, and applicable terms before completing payment.
Currency conversions displayed on the Site are for reference purposes only. The final amount charged may vary depending on your payment provider and applicable exchange rates.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
The Site is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Users below 18 years may only access or use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

- Advertisements
- Supplier content
- Products or services offered by third parties
Any transactions with third-party providers are undertaken at the customer's own responsibility.
7. Website Availability
Mister Holidays continuously works to maintain the availability and functionality of the Site. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical issues
- Software updates
- System failures
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Mister Holidays shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary Site interruptions.
8. Travel Documents and Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:
- Valid passports
- Required visas
- Travel permits
- Health certificates
- Other required travel documentation
Mister Holidays is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration issues, or travel interruptions resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or missing documents.
Customers must verify all booking details immediately after receiving confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mister Holidays provides the Site and services on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mister Holidays shall not be liable for:
- Errors or omissions in supplier information
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- Government restrictions
- Supplier failures
- Losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Mister Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and Travel Providers and shall not be responsible for the performance, quality, or failure of third-party services.
Our maximum liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Mister Holidays for the relevant service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Visa Applications
Visa application fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application. No refund claims can be made after submission.
2. Airline Tickets and Flight Packages
Airline tickets and packages involving airline bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the airline or supplier. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the applicable airline policies.
3. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to full charges, and no refund will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
4. Tours and Activities
Tour and activity vouchers are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for unused vouchers, missed activities, or cancellations after confirmation.
Privacy and Data Protection
Mister Holidays respects customer privacy and processes personal information according to applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
By using our Site, you consent to the collection and processing of information required to provide travel services.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Mister Holidays regarding the use of our Site and Services.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
Mister Holidays reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
