Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort located in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It offers a unique winter experience in the middle of the desert, allowing visitors to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and various snow-related activities. Snowy Slopes: Ski Dubai features five different slopes of varying difficulty, including the world's first indoor black diamond run. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier/snowboarder, there are slopes suitable for all skill levels.
Snow Park: The snow park at Ski Dubai is a fun-filled attraction offering a range of activities and experiences for visitors of all ages. Here you can enjoy snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs, and exploring the interactive snow play area.
Ski/Snowboarding Lessons: Ski Dubai provides professional ski and snowboarding lessons for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Certified instructors are available to help you learn or improve your skills on the slopes.
Winter Experiences: In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Ski Dubai offers unique snow experiences. You can try the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline that takes you on a thrilling ride above the slopes, or enjoy the Giant Ball, where you roll down a slope inside a giant inflatable ball.
Tour Inclusions:
Snow boots and socks
Winter clothes, jacket and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)
For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet while downhill skiing
Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear a helmet at all time

All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.
Important Information:
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight.
Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
Guests must bring the confirmation email to the venue. If not received, please check with our team before visiting.
NOTE - Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity
Children above 2 to 13 years will be considered Child and charged child rate
Children above 13 years will be charged Adult Rates.
