About The Experience
TeamLab Phenomena explores how environmental phenomena interact with their surroundings, creating artworks that change our perception of the world. Traditionally, human creations were defined by stable physical matter, like stones. In contrast, the artwork at teamLab Phenomena relies on its environment for existence; it cannot exist alone. The environment produces phenomena, which shape the artwork.
Everyday elements like air, water, and light transform into phenomena within this unique environment, creating a continuous and ambiguous existence.

All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.
Important Information
Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid admission ticket.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
Some artworks involve water. To enter these areas, you’ll need to remove your shoes. Complimentary lockers are available for your convenience.
High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.
For those interested in taking photogenic pictures, wearing white or plain-colored outfits can help you stand out against the vibrant projections and lighting effects.
Some installations include water elements. Consider wearing clothing that can be easily rolled up to the knees to avoid getting wet.

Tickets allow direct entry :
 Monday to Thursday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm will be Adults Only timings. During these hours, families with children will not be permitted entry.
Child ticket sales will close at 4:00 PM.
Guest must be 18 years and above with adult ticket.
Guests can visit the venue without any prior time slot booking during this period only

Cancellation Policy
In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Individuals above 13 years of age will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
